She has served in a variety of roles in early care and education, demonstrating her passion for ensuring that all children have access to quality programs and empowering educators to promote healthy child development through continued education.

Meet LaDonna

LaDonna Green is a dynamic educator and advocate with a rich background in early childhood education, community engagement, and sustainable agriculture. With over a decade of experience as a Montessori educator, LaDonna has nurtured the growth and development of young learners, fostering a love for learning and exploration.

Meet Adina

Born in Chicago, Adina Banks has been "everyone's babysitter" for as long as she can remember and has had an interest in early childhood education since she was in her early teens. She has an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Preschool Credential and a Technical Diploma in Child Care Services.

Meet Suzette

Suzette Anderson Taylor, MBA is the owner and Director of Infinite Kidz Academy and Smarty Pants Development Center. Suzette has been in the childcare field for over 11 years, where she owns and operates 2 locations. She has a true passion for caring for children. 

Suzette is a Tier 3 Trainer with emphasis on Business Practices, Management, Professionalism, and Early Childhood. She has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Communications and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Her compassion, patience and understanding for her staff and families is what continues to make her successful.
